What it does

JabKeeper is a private iPhone companion for people following a prescribed weekly GLP-1 injection routine. Record the medicine and dose your clinician prescribed, the date, injection site and any notes. The Today screen keeps the next scheduled day visible, and local reminders can nudge you the day before and on the day. A rotation view shows the last injection site so it is easier to keep a consistent record. Beyond the dose log, JabKeeper brings related observations into one place. Track weight over time against a goal, record side effects with severity and notes, and log food, calories and protein. Optional Apple Health integration can read and write body weight and write dietary energy; it does not put dose records in Health. An optional Calendar event can help make the weekly routine visible alongside other plans. The app works offline and does not require an account. Records stay in local SQLite storage on the iPhone, with no cloud sync or analytics. Free use covers two dose records, which remain viewable and editable; a one-time lifetime unlock adds unlimited history and the deeper tracking tools. JabKeeper organizes your own records and reminders. It does not calculate medication decisions or replace guidance from a qualified clinician.

How JabKeeper works

Dose history and site rotation

Record the prescribed medicine, dose, injection date, site and personal notes. Review the history later and see the previous site when choosing where to inject next. The app records what happened; it does not recommend a dose.

A calmer weekly reminder

See the next scheduled day on the Today screen. Local notifications can remind you the day before and on the day, while an optional Calendar event puts the routine beside the rest of your schedule.

Weight and goal trends

Follow weight entries over time with a chart, a goal and a weekly pace estimate. Optional Apple Health integration can read and write body weight, but dose records stay inside JabKeeper.

Symptoms and food in context

Use a side-effect diary to record symptom severity and notes. Food logging can capture calories and protein. Keeping these observations near the dose history can make your own records easier to discuss with a clinician.

Private and useful offline

There is no sign-up, cloud sync or analytics account. Records are stored locally on your iPhone and the app works without a connection. Local data is excluded from device backups, so take that into account when changing phones.
